Darlington County Probate Judge Marvin I. Lawson is sworn in for a seventh term by Darlington County Treasurer Jeff Robinson. Mrs. Brigette Lawson holds the Bible. Lawson is starting his 39th year with Darlington County, having served as clerk of court from 1981-94, and as probate judge since 1994. Lawson won re-election last November.
