Jane Windham’s recipe for Pickled Okra & Ham Rollups

A quick and easy, low-carb appetizer that will disappear fast!

Ingredients

1 package sliced rectangular shaped sandwich ham
1 8 ounce package cream cheese
1 jar pickled okra
2 tablespoons Sriracha hot sauce

Instructions

1. Bring cream cheese to room temperature to soften
2. Add 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce to the cream cheese and mix together
3. Drain the pickled okra and trim the ends
4. Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over one side of the ham slice
5. Place okra at one end of the ham and roll it like a jellyroll.
6. Refrigerate rolls for at least 15 minutes until firm
7. Slice rolls into bite size pieces (about 1/4 inch long)
8. Lay flat on a serving platter.
9. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve
