Fayetteville man charged with sexual assault involving minor child
On August 5, 2016, the Darlington County Sheriff’s Office was made aware of a sexual assault involving a minor child under the age of 16, which occurred in the 1300 block of Harry Byrd Highway, in Darlington.
Michael Gregory Lallier
During the course of the investigation, investigators arrested and charged Michael Gregory Lallier, a 63-year-old white male of Fayetteville, N.C. Lallier was charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor in the third degree.
According to the Fayetteville Observor, Lallier is co-owner of Reed-Lallier Chevrolet in Fayetteville, and serves on the Fayetteville Public Works Commission Board; both facts were found on the websites for both the car dealership and the public works department.
