Darlington Rotary Club celebrates 50th anniversary
The Darlington Rotary Club, celebrating its 50th anniversary, last Thursday night honored four of its charter members: Dr. Hubert Baker, Charles Howard, Alvin DeWitt and Olin Bennett Sansbury Jr. From left to right: Rotary District Governor David Tirard; Baker; Club President Greg Hasselbring; DeWitt; Howard. Sansbury was unable to attend. The honorees received plaques and a letter from U.S. Rep. Tom Rice.
