Councilman Cooper to make announcement
Darlington City Councilman- At- Large, James Cooper III will hold a press conference 7:00 P.M, Monday July 6th to make a special announcement.
The press conference will be held at Cooper’s Barbershop located at 427 W Broad Street, in Darlington S.C.. Citizens of Darlington, as well as the media are welcome to attend the event.
“I have been honored to serve Darlington ever since the people elected me as an At- Large Councilman back in 2011,” says Cooper. “Now, I would like to share my thinking about the future and I hope that all citizens of Darlington will be able to join me on July 6th.” says Cooper.
About Councilman Cooper:
James M “Jimmy” Cooper III serves on the Darlington City Council in Darlington, South Carolina. Elected in 2011, Councilman Cooper is a fourth-generation owner of Cooper’s Barbershop in Darlington, which has been a fixture in the community since the 1920s. A master barber by profession, Cooper is a graduate of Denmark Technical College. He has one daughter, Anya, and is the son of James M. and Mariscia C. Cooper of Darlington, S.C.
