Checkpoints in force for holiday
The Darlington County Sheriff’s Office will be conducting traffic safety checkpoints until after the July 4th holiday. The checkpoints are going to be in various locations in Darlington County.
“We will be out in full force to detect and enforce the law as seen fit with motor vehicle violations, prevention of motor vehicle accidents, and deter criminal activity.” said Darlington County Sheriff Wayne Byrd. “Drive safely and be responsible.”
