Hartsville Middle volleyball clinches sixth consecutive conference title
For the sixth consecutive season, the Hartsville Middle School (HMS) volleyball team finished first in the Pee Dee Conference. The team finished with an 11-1 record and also won its conference tournament.

Town of Lamar honors Veterans
The Veterans Memorial in Lamar was the site of a wreath-laying by the American Legion Post #93 on Thursday, November 10th.

The Darlington Veterans Day Celebration was held in the Felloship Hall of Trinity United Methodist Church on Friday, November 11th.
