A little bit of mad science, a whole lot of fun
Dozens of kids enjoyed a unique learning experience last week at St. Luke’s United Methodist Church of Hartsville convened their Summer Science Lab. Under the instruction and supervision of volunteer teachers, children aged 4 and up got to conduct hands-on experiments with food chemistry – think strawberry-scented slime and fountains of Mentos and Coca-Cola – electricity, and sound. Little League Pinning Ceremonies held in Darlington
Friends and family gathered last Thursday, July 12 on the Darlington Public Square to show their appreciation for the stellar baseball and softball played this year by Darlington Little League teams.
