Back to School Bash at Pee Dee Healthcare
BlueChoice HealthPlan Medicaid, a managed care organization focused on the health and welfare our Medicaid members would like to extend you an invitation to join us. We’ve partnered with Genesis Health Care, Inc. for a Back to School Bash. Come join us at the Pee Dee Healthcare Center located at 201 Cashua St in Darlington, S.C. on Tuesday, August 9th 2016 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Participants will enjoy back to school items, health tips, health screenings, snacks, giveaways and more.
The first 100 children receive free book bags!
Anyone interested in helping through donations of supplies can take part in this event as a vendor at NO cost by completing a vendor form by August 5th. We are asking each vendor to provide some type of school supply that will help to ensure the students in Darlington and surrounding areas have the necessary supplies to prepare them for the upcoming school year.
