2023 Letters to Santa
This year, the Darlington County News & Press received a large amount of Letters to Santa. Except for one which arrived after our pages went to print, we were able to publish all of them. We are so happy that our request for letters met with such an abundance of response and would like to share them with you here:
Dear Santa Claus,
My name is Cassady Noelle McCormick. I am 4 years old and live in Florence, SC. I have tried my best to a good girl this year. For Christmas I would like a pink motorcycle, a pink ATV, a Barbie dreamhouse, a nurse’s play station, and some puzzles and crafts. Please don’t forget to leave some surprises for my cousins Braden, Bentley, and Tate. I will leave some cookies and milk for you by my fireplace and some food for your reindeer on my front lawn. I have enjoyed my visits from my elf Noelle Candy Cane. I hope you have a very safe trip.

My name is Braden Brooks Andrews. I am 6 years old, and I am in the first grade this year. Thank you so much for all of my fun and cool surprises that you left for me last year! I have tried hard to be a good boy this year and would really love it if you could drop off some more prizes this year. I know you already know what I love, but here are a couple of ideas just in case. Dirt bikes are my favorite, so anything to do with that would be pretty awesome. I would also like to have a robot, maybe some games, anything to do with Paw Patrol, construction equipment, and a surprise! I love surprises! My name is Bentley Brooke Andrews. I am almost 2 years old. Thank you for all of my surprises that you left for me last year, which was my very first Christmas. It was so very special! I have been a really good girl this year and would like it a lot if you could leave some prizes this year for me too! I love babies, Paw Patrol (like my big brother), Peppa Pig, and some surprises.
