Hartsville man dies in shooting

A Hartsville man has been charged in the killing of another Hartsville man Feb. 4, officials said. Terrele Rashon Bailey, 24, has been charged with murder, possession of a weapon during a violent crime, possession of a weapon by a convicted violent felon and robbery, according to the Darlington County Sheriff’s Office.
