12th Annual 2016 Darlington Car Hauler Parade Part 1: Florence 4 p.m.
Join us on September 1, 2016 for the 12th Annual Darlington Car Hauler Parade and Festival! Come watch the NASCAR Sprint Cup Teams make their way through cheering fans from the Florence Civic Center to Darlington Square and onto the track that’s “Too Tough to Tame”. The fun will begin at the Florence Civic Center at 4 p.m. with entertainment and live music. Kids play all afternoon for FREE on the KidsZone inflatable rides, games, and bungee jump. The main attraction, however, are the plentiful NASCAR transporters. Fans can make their way through a sea of NASCAR transporters and take pictures with their favorite team’s hauler and driver, and even have a chance to ride in the big rig during the parade.
The Darlington Car Hauler Parade will leave Florence at 7 p.m.
Part 2: RaceFest at Darlington Square 6 – 10 p.m.
Greet the Sprint Cup Series car haulers in Darlington Square with a celebration! The Darlington Car Hauler Parade will leave Florence at 7:00 p.m. and head to Darlington where the anticipating crowd will be jamming to live music by Outshyne. While you are at the Square, you can enjoy yummy foods, free samples of Monster energy drinks, live entertainment, a classic car show, and booming fireworks.
Drawing at 9p.m. – register at the stage to win a VIP race package for the 2017 race including accommodations, 2 tickets to each race, pre-race pit pass, and Stripe Zone hospitality. Be sure to cheer on your favorite hauler as they drive through Darlington Square on their way to the track! Admission is FREE so bring the whole family to the Darlington RaceFest!
