Two Darlington residents arrested for drugs
Peggy Rivera and David Bostic both residents of the Darlington area of Darlington County have been arrested after an incident at 311 South Spain Street in the city of Darlington. The individuals were apprehended in a joint operation between city of Darlington Drug Agents and SC Probation and Parole Agents. During this incident 4.3 grams of cocaine, 5.4 grams of crack cocaine, hydrocodone pills, zanax pills, more than 28 grams of marijuana, a pistol and approx $1,000 in US currency were seized from the pair.
The pair faces charges of PWID Cocaine, PWID Crack Cocaine, PWID Marijuana, Poss of a Schedule II CS, Poss of a Schedule IV CS and Unlawful carrying of a pistol.
Both are being held at the Glenn Campbell Detention Center awaiting bond. DPD greatly appreciates their partners at the SC Probation and Parole who are helping to make the city of Darlington a safer place; teamwork gets it done.
