The Darlington County School District (DCSD) has chosen two of their finest to recognize. Jacoyzha Brockington has been named 2023-2024 Bay Road Elementary Teacher of the Year. Ronequa Mason has been named 2023-2024 Bay Road Elementary School Support Staff of the Year. Mason works at the Hartsville Boys & Girls Club where her son, Aiden, earned the title of Hartsville Club Youth of the Year in 2024.
