Two men are facing multiple charges of attempted murder after someone fired shots into a home in Darlington County April 5, authorities said.
Jason Fleming of Lynchburg and Kevin Fleming of Florence are each charged with nine counts of attempted murder, criminal conspiracy and possession of a weapon during a violent crime, officials said. Kevin Fleming was also charged with possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.
Both are free on bond, according to online booking records at the county jail.
Officials said the shots were fired into a home near Sally Circle and McIver Road in the Darlington area; the Darlington County Sheriff’s Office said no one inside the home was hit.
