Ousleydale Burglary Investigation Update
Darlington County Sheriff’s Deputies continue to investigate a burglary that took place at a residence on Ousleydale Rd., March 29. Deputies believe the resident of the home interrupted the burglary, discharged a firearm and struck one suspect. The injured suspect’s identity has not been released.
Three individuals have been charged with burglary, second degree; Kyle William Norris, 32, Danielle Elizabeth Adams, 33, and Crystal Renee Dixon, 32, all of Hartsville. Norris’ bond was denied, and Adams’ and Dixon’s bond was set at $50,000 by a Darlington County Magistrate. Norris was previously released on bond for three counts of burglary, second degree, in June of 2017.
Sheriff’s Deputies also arrested Justin Lee Kelly, 35, of Hartsville. Kelly is charged with intimidation of a witness and unlawful communication. Investigators allege Kelly threatened several individuals with bodily injury on social media posts related to this incident. Kelly was denied bond by a Darlington County Magistrate. Kelly was previously released on bond for unlawful carrying of a pistol in January of 2018.
