Darlington County Fire District has receives seven thermal imaging cameras
The Darlington County Fire District has received seven thermal imaging cameras. These devices were approved by Darlington County Council in February. Chief Ricky Flowers says these tools will be installed on each “first-out” fire engine. These cameras can be used to help find victims in fires in homes or searching for a missing person in wooded areas or at night. They can also be used to look for fires between walls.
