Crash ends in fatality

A traffic collision has clamed the life of a Darlington man, according to Darlington County Coroner J. Todd Hardee.

The collision occurred at about 8:15 P.M. last night on the 1100 block of Lamar Hwy, in the Darlington area of Darlington County.

Kareem Sha-Kuan Zimmons, 25, of Darlington was pronounced at the scene by Hardee. This collision remains under investigation by the South Carolina Highway Patrol and the Darlington County Coroner’s Office.
