Olin B. “Bobby” Kirven, Jr., 90, of Darlington died on Monday, July 11, 2022, at Lexington Medical Center in Columbia.
Darlington putting $1.25 million into sewer upgrades
The City of Darlington has been awarded a $1.25 million Community Infrastructure Grant through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, and the funds will be used for sewer upgrades, the city said in a news release.
