The South Carolina Aquarium Rovers are visiting the Darlington County Library System through a grant from Duke Energy. No tuition increase at Francis Marion
Francis Marion University’s Board of Trustees approved a $62.2 million budget for the 2019-20 fiscal year last Thursday that included no increase in tuition or campus residence hall fees.
