Parkinson selected for advisory council
Coker College Provost Tracy Parkinson has been selected to be on the Advisory Council of the Mellon Global Citizenship Program, a program through the Salzburg Global Seminar that promotes and supports global education. Parkinson will be one of six members on the advisory council.

Tyron McElveen, senior point guard for the Trinity-Byrnes Titans varsity basketball team and Darlington resident, finished out his high school basketball career by eclipsing the 1000-point mark.
