Pilot, Anchor Clubs send love to DCSD teachers with care packages
Members of the Darlington Pilot and Anchor Clubs recently had a work day at Trinity United Methodist Church to put together ‘Pick Me Up’ bags for Exceptional Education staff in the Darlington County School District. The groups were able to put together 80 bags during their ‘Welcome Picnic’ day.
After assembling the bags, President Judy Langley and Community Service Chair Janice Flowers delivered them to the Exceptional Education Staff at Pate, Cain, Brockington, Brunson-Dargan, St. John’s Elementary, Darlington Middle, Darlington High, Mayo, DCIS and the DCSD District Office. They did this to thank the Exceptional Education staff for all they do for the students and wish everyone a great 2017-2018 school year.
