Lamar students honored in National Reading Challenge

Epic!, a leading digital media brand for kids, challenged classrooms across the country to read a total of 8 million books during Epic!’s Fall into Reading Challenge from Oct. 1 to Oct. 5. Classrooms read a total of 8,500,424 books in the five-day challenge, surpassing the goal.

All elementary school classes that collectively read 50 or more books on Epic! during the Fall into Reading Challenge earned a special Epic! in-app badge and Reading Certificate to display in their classrooms.
