Claire Smith, a first grader at Carolina Elementary School, won the Darlington County School District’s 2018 Holiday Card Art Contest with this painting of a happy reindeer.

Christmas came a little early for Claire Smith, a first-grader at Carolina Elementary School in Hartsville.

The Darlington County School District (DCSD) announced Smith as the winner of the 2018 Holiday Card Art Contest.
