Drug Enforcement Unit arrests six after execution of search warrant

On October 5 at 8 p.m., investigators with the Darlington County Sheriff’s Drug Enforcement Unit served a search warrant at a residence on Sandwood Dr. in Hartsville. Investigators discovered multiple handguns, methamphetamine and preloaded hypodermic needles. Six suspects were arrested at the residence.

Katherine Danielle Dority, 27, of Hartsville, and Leon Davis, Jr., 46, of Hartsville, have been charged with distribution of methamphetamine. Investigators allege the pair were in possession of multiple individually packaged baggies of methamphetamine weighing approximately 4.3 grams.

Erin Inez Self, 27, of Hartsville, Pamela Sue Suggs, 38, of Hartsville, Chad Richard Elmore, 34, of Hartsville, and Justin Kyle Acuff, 24, of Hartsville, have been charged with possession of methamphetamine.
All suspects are currently being held at the W. Glenn Campbell Detention Center.
