Darlington Police execute search warrant, arrest one
Marcus McCoy of Autumn Run Apartments at 405 Wells Street has been arrested after a search warrant was served on his residence. He is currently being held at the Glenn Campbell Detention Center and will face numerous charges including: PWID Marijuana, PWID Marijuana w/in Proximity of a School and Possession of a Stolen Pistol
Approximately 900 Grams of Marijuana, a stolen handgun and approx $6,700 in US currency was seized from his residence.
This was a joint operation between Darlington City Drug Agents and SC Probation and Parole Agents. DPD greatly appreciates the assistance of this agency that never fails to lend a hand when called upon.
