DCSD officials join school board members for elementary school groundbreaking
Darlington County School District officials join school board members Feb. 5 to break ground for a new elementary school to be built in Hartsville at Bay Road and Westwinds Drive, off West Bobo Newsom Highway. At right are concept illustrations for the new school. Earlier the same day, the school district also broke ground for a new elementary school in Lamar, off the Lamar Highway at Country Club Road. A third new school is planned for the Darlington area.
